Dr. Adolph Lombardi received his bachelor's degree from Saint Joseph's University and his medical degree from Temple University. He completed postgraduate training at Temple University Hospital and Albert Einstein Medical Center, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Lombardi pursued two Fellowships in Reconstruction of the Hip and Knee: one with Dr. Mallory and the other with Dr. Gerard Engh at the National Hospital for Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation and the Anderson Orthopaedic Institute in Arlington, Virginia. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at The Ohio State University in both Orthopaedics and Biomedical Engineering. Dr. Lombardi lectures both nationally and internationally. He has authored numerous research articles and is a designer of the Maxim Knee System. His professional memberships include The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, The Hip Society, The Knee Society, The International Society of the Knee, The American Orthopaedic Association and The American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons.
